We have both earned the e-PRO designation, and our comfort level with the Internet and e-mail makes it very easy to keep in touch and keep you informed about new listings, price changes, and sales in your area. We will set up a free account for you on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) with searches that will run twice a day and send you any new or changed listings in your area. This way you will have access to the most up to date information about your competition available from the MLS. This interactive system allows you to add comments to each listing.
Once we find the right buyer for your home, we will provide you with a fresh market analysis, help you arrive at a price, and guide you through the negotiating process and all the steps leading up to and including the closing. The same interactive system we use to send you listings will also be used to manage the transaction. With this system, all parties to the transaction can share documents, e-mails, and updates all in one place. These are just a few of the ways we help our sellers navigate the selling process.
